CRM – Lead Generation Process
This first video starts the process of how leads are received into the CRM. We are starting with an actual site. With the exception of a specific service or software that we offer, this flow should be the same. The Emails, Tasks, etc., may be different, but they should all use a similar process of getting the data to you in the CRM.
How Leads Are Collected
This video shows a completed form on a Landing Page. The process is the same for the CRM, whether the request is for Banners, a DSP setup or PPS System setup. It all starts with a request, and that request goes into an assigned account in the CRM
The CRM Intake Process 1
This video shows what a Request would look like when it is received into your CRM account. Some requests will go to an Administrator and is then assigned to you. Other Requests will go directly into your CRM account and bypass an Admin.
So the step here will explain step by step, what to do when you receive a Request or when A Request is assigned to you.
Convert Leads and Requests Into A CRM Contact
This video shows how to start the process of manually entering Lead and Request Form details (i.e. a Raw Lead) into the CRM so that the lead is now a formal Contact.
Creating A Formal CRM Contact
This video shows how to manually input the details from a Raw Lead, into a formal CRM “Contact”. As much details as possible are taken from various form and inputted into the CRM, tagged and Assigned to the Responsible Person to Start a Project.
*Please Note* This is a Manual process and must be done immediately. Please login to your CRM account at least twice a day to ensure that there are no clients waiting to be served*
Upgrading A Formal Contact To A Project
In the CRM, an Opportunity exists when someone asked us for more details. That Raw Lead is then upgraded to an “Opportunity”. A “Project” exists when someone tells us what they want, such as completing a PPS or Display Ad Form. In this video, we will be taking a person who completed a Free Trial Request, and upgraded them into a “Project”. Projects and Opportunities may be different, but the Process of putting them into a Pipeline is the same. A Pipeline acts as a Roadmap to tell us what to do and when to do it.
Starting The Project Pipeline
In the CRM, a Project of an Opportunity involves Steps that must be taken in order to complete the Opportunity or the Project. Those Steps are called “Pipelines”. Pipelines allow us to complete a Task with consistency each time with each client. As we complete a Step in the Pipeline, we Change the settings by upgrade the Pipeline step to the next Step. We continue this process until all of the proper Steps are finished.
This video explains how to start the Pipeline which involves sending a Welcome Email to our New Client, completing the 1st Pipeline Step, and immediately assigning a Link and Note to the Project, which alerts the Graphics Department to start the Graphics Department Pipeline.
As all others, the Graphics Department Pipeline is in Steps, which will be explained in the other videos in the series.
